DepositLink is the digital/electronic version of an earnest money deposit. DepositLink eliminates paper checks, mail, wire transfers, reduces fraud risk, and keeps transactions moving. Buyers who use DepositLink can securely send funds for their earnest money deposit with the click of a button. Please note, there is a flat fee DepositLink charges per transaction.

 

The DepositLink Pay process is simple, here's how it works:

1. To access the DepositLink portal for Lake Farm Realty's Escrow Account, please click the DepositLink Pay image/logo below.
2. Search, and select: Lake Farm Realty Escrow Agent.
3. Click the ‘Get Started’ button, then Enter the Property Address, and Continue to complete the deposit.
    *Note; for raw land, you may need to use Manual Entry.
